    Heat sink for FC-PGA

    Hi,
    I read that you should NOT use Socket 7 CPU coolers on Socket 370 FC-PGA CPUs? Is it because they do not fit? I read something about that they don't contact the chip properly. Any additional info would be great.

    That is true. The actual core is smaller and lower. You will need a cooler with 'feet' or one that anchors on low enough to contact the CPU core.
