    sounds like your duron is locked. search this message board. there are hundreds of posts about unlocking durons.

    I got my Duron 650 running at 850 right now, and it is stable, been runnin for 6 days now

    O/C an Abit-KT7 with a AMD Duron 700 Mhz.

    Does anyone know the exact settings to O/C to +- 850 Mhz?
    My Motherboard keeps saying that i'm still running at 700 Mhz..and i see not much speed improvement.

    Plz some help with this..thx!
