What fan for Socket A?

I'm building a system for a friend and need a fan recommendation. I'm leery about Golden Orbs because I've heard many people have cracked their CPU's using them.

Any recommendations?

Secondly, I would suggest a Global Win FOP32 (the newest one for Athlons). In the above review, the guy used an Alpha PEP66, which scored better than the Golden Orb... I haven't actually looked at it myself, though.
