    Lightbulb bought a weak peltier...

    Hi everybody!

A while back I was asking about the value of a 30W peltier. After discussing it, you all convinced me that it was not a good thing to put on my CPU to OC. Unfortunately I had already ordered it out of shear ignorance. What could I do with it?
    Thanks for any ideas...

    Hello,
Put it on your Video Card....

    ...or your sound card...

    ...or your modem...

...or *Drum Roll* you KEYBOARD! You'll be the first person to have an overclocked keyboard! Think of the W.P.M. you could get!

[Don't take any of the above sereously, I haven't had enough sleep lately... ]

I would rather just hang onto it than bother with ebay. Could I put it on my video card? It is a G400Max. I currently do not OC it nor do I have any cooling for the card.

On really hot days, you could tape it to your forehead and use a batter pack.

I like Outpatient's idea. And if you want to go even further, you could water cool the peltier on your head. Imagine how much you could overclock your brain. I may be able to get back to 'normal'. Yay...there is hope
