    FIC VB601

I have an FIC VB601 motherboard and was wondering why it doesn't have a bus speed over 83MHz listed in the bios.It is supposed to go to 133 MHz according to the specs.I have a Celeron 300A chip and was wanting to try 450 MHz.

That is because the Celeron 300A is running at 66Mhz bus speed, that is why you only have the 66Mhz, 75Mhz and the 83Mhz available in the Bios, I believe. However if your CPU runs at 100Mhz bus speed the only settings available in the BIOS would be 100Mhz, 125Mhz and 133Mhz I believe, not completely sure.Since the 300A is running at bus speed 66 mHz and not a 100Mhz that is why you cannot find the 133mhz setting. hope that helps.
