What do I have to have to simply Overclock my Celeron to its farthest?

I have a Celeron 366 overclocked to 550 allready but I don't think it is 100% stable everyonce in a while about ten times a day i get a BSOD. And I think it has something to do with heat. I believe my Celeron temp is about 105F (40C). Is that allright or too hot? I want to spend some money and I want to buy a new motherboard would the BP6, or the BM6 be a good choice? I am running the Celeron with an MSI Slot one Converter now in an ASUS P2B-B Board.

Every C366 is different, but I have dual C366's running 583 MHz on a BP-6 under Win2000. I run the RC5 client software, so I know the system is stable and burned in. I push all of my systems to the limit of stability, and not beyond. If it boots but won't run stable, then what is the point of running at that high of a speed. I try to get the maximum out of my equipment, but I want to be able to use it, not just let it sit there and look pretty with a high benchmark screen.

As far a cooling, I use Alpha socket heatsinks with YS Tech 27 cfm fans on each processor. I also added two Sunin 108cfm case fans. One as an intake in the bottom front of the case and the other as an exhaust mounted in a hole directly above the processors. While the system is running two RC5 clients (one on each processor) and Win 2000 at 583 MHz the processor temps remain around 40C and the case temp a few degrees lower than that. A water cooled heat block with peltiers may let me run faster, but I would rather not deal with the potential mess of a water leak inside of my system.
