    What gauge copper??

What gauge copper should I try and get for inbetween my Heatsink and Celeron. Also trying to aviod the clearence problem with Alpha 7HO and the diodes and release arm. Also when I go to a peltier should I put copper inbetween heatsink/peltier and then another piece inbetween Peltier/chip?
    Thank you

An aluminum plate (approx 1/8" thk) should be put between the CPU slug and the peltier and then a copper plate (thinner than 1/8" is ok) should be put between the peltier and the heatsink. The aluminum acts as a cold storage and the copper help to spread out the heat to the edges of the heatsink.
