3.2v? And your CPU is still working?
If you mean 2.3v, then try cooking your cpu first. Set it back to a lower stable speed. Maintain 2.3/2.2v and keep it running for abbout 120HRS with Unreal flyfys and RC5 cracking in the background.
Then try it back at 450

Overclocking problems
I have a retail celeron300A with heatsink and fan. To get my system to 450 i have to set the voltage to 2.3 in Abit Bh6 softmeu. I find this too high and it is unstable. I have Micron cas 2 128 meg pc 100 ram, a velocity 4400 AGP, Diamond Maxtor 8.6 and monster 300mx soundcard. I set the board to user define, turbo frequency off, AGP 2/3, Speed check(i think?) disabled, bus speed 100. The system temperature is at around 86 F. I do have a dual fan to put on the processor if that would help. I would gladly take any suggestions on how to rectify my problem. This is driving me insane!!!!!!!!

It seems that something else is hogging up power or causing you CPU to use so much of it. I have the same board and cpu running @450mhz with the voltage set to 2.1. I also have a Voodoo Rush, Voodoo2, 2 Nics, WinTV and a AWE64 (ISA) all installed into the machine. Try taking all cards out and then configure your machine. If you get it working then add the cards in 1 by 1, to determine which card could be causing the problem.
