    Celeron 400a

    Anyone having problems with the 400a on Abit's BX6 Rev 2 board? I keep getting kicked back into the soft bios? My PII 350 runs fin in this board. I'm wondering if anyone has the code to determine if this cpu is locked or not.

    When you say 400a, did you mean 300a clocked at 400? If so, cpu is multiplier locked at 4.5.

    Clear the CMOS, then go into CPU softmenu & select correct cpu. See if it finish the boot this time.
