    433a(.18 micron)@ 650?

i'd like to ask if there's any possibility running this processor at 650 or i just get the 300a and o/c it to 466 and beyond!

imho, i think that the .18 technology will dissipate heat less and thus solve the overheating problem. if it really does, i can just slap the tri-ball bearing fan.

what im afraid is if intel gives us the ****ty 5.5 ns external cache. 650 is just a dream.

so what is the best bet? go for the 300a! wait for ppl to post @ 650 or wait for the 333As to have good batches that can run @ 500?

    ur opinion pls!!!

A good 300a gives the best OC experienced.

The 18 micron core will not yet be available until end of year/early 2000.

Celerons have built in L2 cache - no external cache chip to worry.
