help with Abit BH6 mobo /w 300a

i have a Abit BH6, with the bh6_jj.bin bios update flashed and a 300a retail boxed with 64megs PC100.
it is o/c to 450 with the voltage settting at 2.0v running fine and dandy.

i want to try to o/c to 464, but the soft menu bios wont let me set the FSB to 103Mhz,
only @ 66,75,83,100,112,124, and 133.

cand anyone give me some light into why it wont let me set it to 103?

103 is 100 with the Turbo mode turned on.
