66MHz SDRAM running at 100MHz

Is there anyway I can get my old memory (Toshiba 10ns SDRAM) to run at 100 MHz? I currently have a 300A clocked to 450 with a 128 MB PC100. The two times I tried it (dimm socket 2 and 3), WinNT blue screened right after it's normal 1 system processor, 128 MB screen.

Dunno why but my PC66 memory runs perfectly at 133Mhz FSB

Is that the only type you have in there? I have a PC100 in DIMM socket 1, and I suspect that might be causing a problem, when I insert 66MHz Ram in Socket 2 and 3.
