Hey, It's only 17 dollars. Go and see how well it works. Myself, I like a big fan in the front of the case, pushing gobs of air into the case. Just a personal preference.
The only down side I see is that it takes up one slot in the system.

Yes, I have one installed in the bottom slot of my computer pulling air in from the rear.
I also have a 3inch mounted in the lower front pulling in air as well. On this fan one of the fans is intake ond one is exhaust. I fliped the exhaust fan around so I get duel intake.The fans are small so you don't get gail force winds by no means but it still works pretty good. It does take one slot but I don't run any ISA so it worked out for me.
