Board Temp 36C/96.8F OK? + Slot Fans?

    Is this temp OK for a 300a @ 450?

NB this is the board temp (BH6) not the CPU temp.

I have put thermal Goo on now, the fan seems to be blowing out cooler air, but the board temp is the same - is it OK?

Since the goo I have been able to lower the voltage from 2.2 to 2.1 - is there a direct connection between Volts and Temp?

BTW are slot based fans any good? - the one I'm thinking about has 2 fans both swivel and blow air out through a PC slot.

    It's not?

The new BX6 v2.0 has an adjustable temperature warning that comes set at 122F! I set mine for 100F and haven't heard an alarm yet, even though I have seen a Tcore of 100!
