Celeron 300a upgrade.. need to be 2nd'd about a few things

Anyways, I have just enough for the upgrade, it's Celeron 300a, Abit BH6 MB, Atx case, 64 meg SDRAm... o/c to 450 mhz ofcourse.

I want to get it before the Celery 300's become unavailable (which I heard might be soon). I won't be able to get the new vid card for a few months.

Anyway, with this system, will my 2 meg ATI card and 16 bit sound card still work okay?(they are only temporary for a few months)

I know my new 6.8 gig Maxtor and old 8x cd should work fine still.

Make sure that your ram is PC100 and you should have no problem with the video card or sound card.
