Thermal Goo Novice needs help.

OK I have discovered I need to put some thermal goo onto my CEL300a. ( Thankx to MrLuigi and TheReaper )

I've bought some - looks a bit like toothpaste in a syringe(?)

Any hints on how mush I put on and where?

hi i just got a celeron 300 a chip and an abit BH6 motherboard and i am new at building a computer. i have no trouble with anything except figuring out where the heatsink compound goes on the fan or chip??? If you could send me some kind of picture or something that would be greatly appreciated. i have asked around and no one can seem to give me an answer i can understand!!!!
