Is it possible to Schedule a Win2k server backup?

I have tried everything I can find on Microsofts Knowledge base, permissions, advanced features etc...

I setup the backup, select the files I wish to backup, set the schedule as administrator, and leave it logged in as administrator.

When the time comes for the backup to run, the schedule appears on the screen for a brief second but disappears.

    Hardware: Compaq Proliant ML350
    Win2k Server, 12/24GB DAT.

    Please Help........Thanks in advance

Are you sure your DAT drive is on the HCL list? I did a search for your DAT drive and only found 1 compatible match and that was the Compaq Computer Corporation DDS 3 - 12/24 GB DAT. There were 2 other 12/24 DAT's listed but they did not show Win2k compatibility only Win98 and NT4.0 here is the link to the HCL list. http://www.microsoft.com/hcl/results.asp

    Thanks for the reply.
The drive is native to 2000, it installed it perfectly and a backup runs if you do it manually. (Unscheduled)
