    Can't get PC to boot

I have bought a complete PC (diy - build yourself) but after installing and
putting it together and running it for the first time I can't get it to boot !

    The motherboard is Chaintech 7AIV2/100
    KT133 + 686B,
    TNT2 M64 Video, u-ATX,
    Socket- A w/o CPU

The two lights on the front of my machine seem to continuously flash but I
get no response to the screen.

The system and coolmaster fan work but the motherboard doesn't seem to boot.

The motherboard does not make a beep noise either !!

The other parts I am using are -

    Western Digital hard drive 2.1GB,
    Panaonic floppy 1.44
    Memorex 52x cd-rom,
    AMD DURON processor 750,
    Coolmaster Fan

I also tried just starting machine with all these disconnected except the
motherboard but the same as before I still got the 2 lights flashing !!!

Can u please help me or give me some advice !!!!

UPDATE - its using 128MB SDRAM but them other settings i'm not sure about ? but I know I haven't changed any of these so whatever the default settings are !

Uh I can ask this because I am "officially" the president of the Moron's Club this week.
what is it running @ by that i mean is it 100mhz or 133mhz and what is the mobo set to run it @
Requesting clarification of the above statement, her dim bulb may have just gotten a couple watts brighter...
Or as Grasshopper might say "Please Master, explain"
