What does OS/2 mean?
I am fairly new to PC terms, so bare with me, I'm learning quick.
operating system...2?????
My BIOS has a setting that says if your running an OS/2 with more than 64MB of RAM, then have it set to OS/2 instead of non OS/2.

Mod w/ an attitude
O/S 2 was an early IBM version/competitor of MS-DOS.
Set your BIOS to non OS/2.

OS/2 also known as WARP nice stable opperating system walks all over Windows. Sadly let down by promotion and user programs. If you are using Windows as your main OS chose non for os/2 in BIOS

Thanks a bunch DrVette!!!
I used OS2 when I worked at Boeing and it is a true multi-tasking OS. I've thought several times about switching to OS2Warp, but just haven't done it.
When I've had the time and money, it wasn't available from IBM, or IBM wasn't supporting it!
