installing C:\windows\options\cabs
How do i get this folder install when i install windows?
I have Installed Windows on a blank HD 2 times and not once were these files installed. On the computer i bought they were there.
Is there a process i have to go through or do I just creat this directoy and place the Cab files in there. If so which Cab files.
Thanks!

The .cabs aren't normally installed with Windows. If they're on the hard drive, it's because someone manually copied them there.
You can copy them over in DOS then install Windows from the hard drive, or you can install Windows from the CD-Rom and then drag-n-drop all the .cab files into a directory that you specify.
