ATA/100 card(s)

Does anyone know of any ATA/100 PCI cards that can be installed on a motherboard without having to change the bootup sequence? I.E. without having to change original bootup sequence from primary IDE, 3.5 floppy, etc. to PCI card, 3.5 floppy....etc. (My computers bios won't allow me to change the bootup sequence, it's a compaq but a decent one). Any responses will be appreciated, thanks in advance.
