    Please Help.

    I am trying to install a UMAX 2100U scanner and Windows does not want to recognize it after i install all the sotware and drivers.

    I have P3 500Mhz WinME

    does anyone know of an issue with this scanner and WinME?

    Can't help with that one---but some friendly advise---its a good idea to identify your problem in the 'topic'-- I've found you get more help/replies---most folks like to browse through the topic titles and identify where they can be of help--

    Did you d/l the newest version of vistaScan 3.53U? I was cruising around their site and found a link that might help,select model and OS...good luck, steve www.umax.com/scanners/standard/support/software.cfm
