memory

hello everyone. i am installing Win 2K advanced server.
i am going to be using it for terminal server stuff
and citrix metaframe.
my question is, what kind of memory requirements do i need.
MS says 256MB but we all know that is not nearly enough
im going to have between 5 and 15 concurrent users and
i want to make sure that i buy enought memory

Here at work we 1GB of memory for the same amount of users.
