a runtime error has occured...how do i use the debug manager??

....whilst viewing a live event using
realplayer i am recieving the annoying runtime error message numerous times.How do i debug the thing??
I go into debug manager and it is pure jargon to me!!
The only thing that gives me a glimmer of hope is a line of text highlighted in yellow
which i think may be the 'part' that needs debugging....then again i am probably totally wrong!


.....Can someone give me a little guidance on the subject? Much appreciation

At MS , search for runtime errors yielded this->> http://search.microsoft.com/us/Searc...=07&p=1&nq=NEW

Debug was of no help.
