Dial Up Problem
I have recently had a new phone line installed specifically for Internet use. The problem is, when I dial up my ISP (Breathe), I receive a spoken message through my modem (US Robotics 56k voice/fax external) saying 'You are not a registered user'. It works fine when I use the old phone line I registered with.
I know it is not recognising the new number, but where and how can I change my settings to resolve this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

When you signed up did you have to give them the number you would dial in from? Sounds like they're using caller ID to verify users. I'd call your ISP and see if they can fix it for you. Probably nothing you can do from your end if this is the case.
