    Extra drive in File Manager!

Somehow, there is an extra drive in my windows explorer. I think it have something to do with Norton Utilities 3 (just guess so coz I just installed it). Certainly I can not access this drive. The most clumsy thing is when I empty my recycle bin there is always a popup message because of this drive.
Anyone know how to get rid of this please help!

    Thanks
    Tran

i went through this, myself. after reading up on the newsgroups, i determined this came from my bios upgrade for the fic pa-2013 mb. so what i did was to just put in another floppy, rather than go through the other steps suggested. problem solved. shows up as drive e:\. you can get the details at: alt.iomega.zip.jaz. realize that i'm not plugging this newsgroup, but i found a wealth of resources there. you can also go to dejanews to get there, too.
