HP Colorado 20GB External
My company purchased an HP Colorado 20GB External Parallel Tape drive, and it is giving me grief on the install. The PC it is being connected to is a Dell Optiplex GX1. On install of the software it conflicts with PARPORT, which appears to be a Paralell driver. Upon disabling this device it also disable PARALELL and PARVDM, but the software will install. Upon reboot if PARPORT is ensbled it will not detect the tape Drive. If PARPORT is disabled it will not boot. ANY THOUGHTS.
