Computer Prices

Does anyone know when well the computer companies (Dell and Gateway) will start lowerng there prices for the P2 400 an 450? I am planing to buy one wih the following:

P2 400 or 450 (Which one?)

64MB Ram (Is this enough or should I go to 128)

40X CD (I don't want a DVD because I don't need to watch movies on computer)

16MB TNT (The one listed on Dell's page, should I wait or the TNT2 or is this ok?

I'll mainly use this for word proccesing, internet and games like StarCraft.

My current PC is an IBM 25Mhz, but got an Evergreen chip that cuadroples it(4x) so it exposed to a P100 and 20MB RAM.

My best suggestion is to begin some research in each area of your quest. Study the similar questions and answers here and on other sites.

Check out www.overclockers.com , www.tomshardware.com , www.anandtech.com and others you will find by doing keyword searches on each topic using search engines.

One very good choice is www.dogpile.com . It does a simultaneous search on several popular engines.
