Angry Outlook Express is killing me.....

Hi guy. Ever since I've reformatted my computer, My email has been screwed. If I reboot my computer, it works fine. But if I leave my computer on (which I do for RC5), and come back later to use it, it locks up. (completely, CTRL+ALT+DEL does not work) Internet explorer still works fine though.
Anyone got any ideas? I've checked my drivers, and checked for new updates from Microsoft to no avail.

    My System- PIII-450 @ 504
    - ABIT BE6-II
    - 3Com ISA 3C509B
    - 128 Megs PC100
    - Elsa Geforce SDR
    - MX300

Start with what "TKOP" has mentioned and you might also want to run a "SFC" on the system (this is a$$uming your running Win98x too)

Just go to the "run" on the start button and type SFC and hit "enter" from there it will pretty much "hold your hand"

    Unhappy

Tried the SFC. Everything is fine. Reformatted again, and it's still locking up. Back to the drawing board

Hi Guys, just wanted to say thanks for all the advice. After trying all your suggestions and still coming up blank, I started checking EVERYTHING. Turns out the latest BIOS (QY)I download for my BE6-II is no longer on their website. Went back to the QJ BIOS and voila, everything works great again.
