Big Brother reaches into Canada
A young man in Nova Scotia Canada was ordered
arrested by American athourities for uttering
death threats against the President of the U.S.on his web site. He had stated that it was hiseffort at free speach or something to that effect, well the effort could cost him 5 years in prison. This is the second such incedent, the first was high school students, the American authorities new what country, what province, what town, what school, what computer and exact time of utterance.I have read a few books that have hinted at this kind of supervision of the net
it sort of brings it a little closer to a kick in the seat of the pants when it happens so close.A person has to be conscience of what they say and of what is said on here I guess ,you could get yourself in trouble without intending any harm.Just thought you all might be interested.
