Printer Problems
I replaced my motherboard and processer and now my printer will not work i am getting a printer not on line error.
MB VB-601-V
CPU P2 450
Printer Epson stylus Color 600

In your BIOS, try setting the Printer Port to EPP.

Thanks for the input but it still didn't work I have tried all the setting in the Bios and still no joy.

1. Did you uninstall the old busmastering drivers and then reinstall the new ones for that motherboard?
2. Did you reformat the hard drive after you changed the CPU and motherboard?
3. Are there any yellow ! in device manager? Does the LPT port appear correctly there?

Yes I did start with a clean hard drive. No there are not any conficts in my device manager.
How do i uninstall my old busmastering drivers and re-install the now one?

Remove your current printer configuration then reboot and start-up again. Then re-install printer configuration at the add/remove hardware configuration in your control panel settings.
