solution.
have the file on netbook, only usb-stick or external drive access.
using stick to copy to c:\windows\system32\d?rivers drivers or getting usb-floppydrive and copying from it?

I am also online again. took almost 2 days finding out what was wrong and how to install drivers for WLAN(onboard-lan seems defective. Had a SMBUS-problem. quick WLAN-stick was interruption access too often. dont know yet why. i am on a slower 54gbit/sec Stick now. Now much slower FB than before.... will switch again. PCI-slots seems also gone. we will see.Had huge driver-problems.

I had no other working drive. now i have multiple ones and can attach non-working drive on dockingstation or adapter to work with.

SMBUS = nvidia chipset related so reloading driver helped.
