    Question Light Scribe

What is the word on Light Scribe, burners and discs ? Are they being phased out? Is there something taking their place ?

This is a blast from the past. I never used LightScribe and forgot it existed until I saw this. I always printed paper labels and stuck them on with a "CD Stomper" tool.

CD and DVD media is simply not popular in computers anymore. All of my purchases are downloadable and have been for a long time. I don't think I have had media since the days of Windows vista and have not purchased a CD in a computer for 3-4 years.

Cd Stomper, I had one of those years ago, this is a "blast from the past". I prefer light scribe when backing up data on cd's or dvd's, and I did locate the light scribe program and templates online. To each, their own......
