Need Help with Bose Companion 2 Speakers for computer

I have a Dell Optiplex 9010 and I started using Bose Companion 2 Speakers with it with no problems. Now all of a sudden, the speakers won't work...no sound....I run windows 10 on this computer......

NE 1 know a fix for this? Thanks in advance
