usb 2.0/ usb 3.1 2/4 Fatal1ty versus 3/3 x99taichi

Despite in german there is a clever comparison-option-Produkt vergleichen above technical data
go to your MOBOs and move them to the comparison list. see here. differences are red.(Die Unterschiede sind rot hervorgehoben)

so four USB 3.0 is a clear MUST BUY-argument for Fatal1ty . and 6 versus 5 usb-slots in total also.
Must add this: newest AMD Ryzen are limited to 4 slots-4x 16gb= 64gb ram max. and no xeon-support for 256gb-option.

New powerful AMD Ryzen-mentioned elsewhere:
Only 4 slots 64gb Ram max.
No support for win7, win 8.1!

Maybe AMD was paid by MS? I wouldnt wonder. Or if they have stakes.

EUFI BIOS is the reason. It even causes fits in Linux.
-
Causes fits?
= incompatibilities?
-
Updated BIOS and the old OSs do not support the updates.
-
Update-patch/hack for older OSs with Kabylake/Ryzen-Processors!
