Stark Raving MOD
Firefox requires the plug-in version, like Train mentioned. Chrome has its own built-in Pepper Flash. Chrome is no longer being supported on XP as of version 50.

It could be thats because i changed update-option to manual. when it was working on different site i was aiming mouse on it and i see option to allow. nothing happening here.
maybe removing and reinstalling youtube videoplayer helps. will now switch it to html5 first. no i will try first what train advised.
UPTODATE.

Restaured Firefox but still i cannot run this timelapse-video hotel hilton Basel collapsing/Abbruch
https://telebasel.ch/2016/10/03/84596/
its is asking to install Flashplayer which IS installed or had been again. Are the options/setting which can be altered? where to find?
it could be that i must also reinstall in IE. working only properly when both IE and FF-versions are uptodate.
on other site i could click and popup came asking if i want to allow. on that site no reaction. yes all cookies allowe.
maybe i should clean pc, remove and reinstall both cookie-managers nocript and ghostery. or vice versa. first removing cookiemanagers. and delete all cookies.

I have found a solution. but cannot post link since its in the other account. its about using deinstaller.

Changed options in Firefox-plugin Shockwave, removed protection and tried out asking to allow. nothing helped.
no reaction. maybe i should reinstall Firefox.
What surprised me: Flashplayer can be installed again even in restricted account.
During installation of DevalVr-player(Panoramas, 3Dstereo) admin-rights were asked. maybe still are needed there.

They say html5 is integrated so the same like in FB where 360videos also do not work in Winxp. Will ask Adobe here what is animate CC for. Its in beta but finally is not free! Is integrating flashplayer and html5.
-
CC in video is for close caption, so we can read what folks are saying.

yes i dont need to activate flashplayer-plugin in chrome. but for 3Doptions in youtube its still needed since html5 is not yet working there. without the addon anaglyph-only 3DStereoi- videos in lower resolution wiil be displayed only.
they are using chrome and firefox-browsergroups to test html5-integration in Youtube.
