Defragging SSD systemdrive and HDD in one PC-win7

Until now i used defraggler in winxp. HDDs only.
In a new win7-pc with sdd-systemdrive and HDD can i use the system-tool(forgot its name) for SSD and defraggler for HDD?

    Do NOT defrag SSDs!

You can still use Defraggler for the HDD.

TRIM and defragging are two separate things.

You don't use the defrag command to check TRIM.
