I'm at wits end
After a recent Windows 7 upgrade and then finally a brief power failure I have struggled to communicate with my Canon MG4120 printer via wireless connection. It works perfectly if connected to a USB cable but Windows refuses to see the printer as a wireless device. I can print out a network configuration page from the printer, which shows that it is in fact on my network, and I can see it when logging into my Cisco router. Both Canon and Microsoft have been unable to help at this point. Oh, I can also print via wireless connection from my laptop, so the printer does not seem to be the issue. Any ideas as to what may be going on???

Stark Raving MOD
I'm guessing you already tried uninstalling/reinstalling the Canon software? Did you download the latest version?
Did you remove all instances of that printer before reinstalling?
Are you setting a static IP for the printer or not? If so, you could try setting up a TCPIP port to the IP.
