    MultiScreen-Adapter-I dont understand

    Yes i understand multiscreen but not how this one is working.

    A usb adapter, for VGA output and ti has apapter so it can be hooked to various monitors as monitors may not have the same connectors from one model to another or one brand to another.

    Makes me made sometimes when they do that.

    The adapter is a video card for a 2nd monitor.

    Yes, it could be configured for a seperate task.
