    Old Problem: Speed-regulator greyed out-Windows Mediaplayer 11-WXP

I have found a solution to reactivate the speedregulator in Windows Mediaplayer 11 in winxp.
But i cant find that entry in registry. Its about deactivating autoupdate, right? or viceversa?
    For MP4, FLV greyed out.
