Upper and side-functions of keyboard not working properly in one of 3 winxp-accounts

I have swiss-german-keyboard. The following was found in editor.
In one of my two admin.-accounts/winxp i see wrong upper-signs on 1,2,3,4 keys, cannot get backslash.
everything ok on my other two accounts.

Create another account and then delete the corrupted one?

Thought almost the same but the other way round. I need two admin-accounts cause with DIM-digital image mover-i dont need to change directories when i must collect data from different cameras. DIM should be updated to have that option inside.

Had the same before but do not remember how i solved.

Step 1) Create a third admin account
Step 2) Delete the one corrupted admin account

And you are left with two admin accounts.
