Need Assistance with custom built PC -- no keyboard input on some screens and BSOD

I'm attempting to help my father with an older computer he has that was built for him.

Here are some of the PC specs
    Windows 7 Home 32-bit
    Gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2
    Pentium Dual-Core E5200
    2x2GB (4GB) RAM
1GB WD Blue HDD (less than 10mos old)

No conflicts in Device Manager / Latest drivers installed ~10 mos ago when new HDD installed

The three primary issues are as follows

It is freezing up on occasion, but with some frequency, but there doesn't seem to be a pattern

No keyboard input ONLY on the following types of screens
    1. Windows Error Recovery
    2. Ultimate Boot CD selection screen ... to choose which category of utility you want to use (to run WD HDD diagnostics)
    3. Other similar non-windows screens
... but, the keyboard does work in the BIOS.

    BSOD
Attached .dmp files from the past 5 BSOD's in a .zip file (forum wouldn't allow the .dmp files to be uploaded individually)

    BAD_Pool_Caller
    0x000000c2
    0x00000007
    0x0000109b
    0x08030003
    0x86970248

    halmacip.dll
    ntkrnlpa.exe

I was able to run Memtest86 (no keyboard input needed) for 10 passes with all passing ...
I was able to run a chkdsk successfully ...

Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

How many do you want to see? The last 2 or 3? Or, are you only wanting a screen capture?

    Looks like memory address problems.

Possibly heat is a guilty party too.

Open the case and clean out all the dust and junk.

After cleaning run a memory test http://www.memtest86.com/
    10 passes minimum.
Let us make sure the hardware is running right.

Train, based on my own troubleshooting, I've already run memtest86 and for 10 passes and it all passed. Any other thoughts?

Yes, two of those (ending 2791 and 0228) were installed. I uninstalled and rebooted. Thanks Midknyte.

    Anything else?

Thoughts on inability to obtain any keyboard function on screens such as Ultimate Boot CD and other similar non-windows boot screens? I've tried all USB ports and multiple keyboards. And, two different Ultimate Boot CDs that work on all other computers.

What version of UBCD? Current version is 5.3.1.

Did you see if there is a bios update?

bios is up to date as I rebuilt it and updated bios about 10 months ago ...

The UBCD is about a year old. But, that is not the only non-windows area where the keyboard has no function.

Go into BIOS, intergrated Periferals, and double check the USB settings. per your manual.
