Replaced Celeron for a T2300E Core Duo on my Gateway ML6230

Hi there I hope someone can offer a link or suggestion. I added a Core Duo CPU to my
Gateway laptop. I saw on a forum this mod worked great. The problem I have is I only have a Windows 7 64 bit O.S. I am looking for a Windows 7 32 bit O.S. I have my original serial Key#. Or Any suggestion where I can purchase this O.S. at? Thanks......

Core duo will run 64 bit Win 7 with no problems.

The message I get on my screen says the CPU doesn't support 64 bit. So I would agree with you if that message didn't appear. But thank you for the links. I will buy one today.

According to that, only 32-bit is supported.

Is your Win7 OEM? You could try the key with the Win7 32-bit disc.
