    Which HDD-brands or Drives 3.5" are Non-metallic?

    Want to destroy old drives:
    WD, Seagate, Conner, Quantum
Which ones are Non-metallic, not ideal to be treated with a hammer or whatever bending-tool?
    Hitachi-IBM?
Need to know also about the ones not mentioned. thanks a lot

there is a scratcher to destroy discs. dont know if that is also suitable for the platters.
I remember someone telling us here that ibm-hitachi are made of glass.
