 My computer, explorer.exe and msconfig do not "load"
Running w7 64 on ASUS P6T 2 years OK; 3 days ago can not access my computer (icon) and few other icons in the desktop do not respond; they load the program for few seconds and then back to the desktop also after booting when the desktop appears my gadgets load in the place they suppose to be and of course disappear.
I run AVG 2013 and reports no infection. Control panel works but "administrative tools" does not.
Always log as administrator with full control.
Help please
