I am using convertXtodvd 4 on a pentium 4 computer running windows XP Professional but the softwareware is freezing and giving me error messages regarding transcode problems. I went to the message board for answer on the homepage but all it tells me is to disconnect my computer from the internet and disable my anti virus program. The program is still doing the same. What a waist fo spend money for something that has bugs in it. Can anyone tell how to resolve this issue?
