Need to know more about:
"remove the PageDefrag driver altogether for whatever reason,"
2. in perfectdisk there is an option relating to pagefile. cannot find it, its hidden.
if i run perfectdisk with removed/deleted pagefile its very difficult to make the programm running....
I need more understanding how to service pagefile

I never really found any reason to defrag the page file. But it is one of the options for when you reboot and defrag. I do not have it installed on any computer with me. Sorry!
