Ghost not running with more than 2GB RAM-winxp

Ghost from CD is not running when using more than 2gb RAM- 3gb in my case. It was the first time i used ghost when i extended ram from 2 to 3 gb. winxp
I tried all combinations without success.
slots 1,2,3 or 1,2, 4

two identical sticks, one is different, which i removed. Maybe all three sticks must be identical.
It says:
Invalid Drive specifications
File creation error
Bad command or file name
Error creating Ramdrive

I did also a cmos-clear and battery removal.
PSU is new.
