netframework-updates blocked

I remember having deleted some of "older" netframework-files.
Now i see these (attached)three cannot be updated anymore.

Some versions of .net are not needed by some folks.

May need to remove everything and start from scratch again.
Oldest to newest.

Uninstall and reinstall all .NET framework components and your problems should go away.

If you want to eliminate any particular version, only remove 1.0 as its components typically aren't referenced by most modern .NET applications. All assemblies from 2.0 and up are typically used in equal measure (especially 2.0) so removing them isn't a good idea.

I removed all entries except two, which could not be removed and reinstalled netframework-updates manually.

could only get rid of this nonstop-display(at start) of this message by using the error mode checkbox(1) in registry.
local-machine system currentconstrolset control windows errormode set to 1.

dont know what affect this will be for other errors. will not display system-errors anymore!

Do you have some application that is telling you you must install these? If not - I wouldn't worry about it.

Not yet. Will reset system anyway later(fresh installation) when data has been evaquated. thanks a lot

After running the cleaning-tool i still see "netframework2 sp2 languagepack DEU(german)" listed. impossible to remove/uninstall.
Tried all other procedures without success.
once there was an error after the first installation-file.
then and error in the "repository"-instruction.
Will now retry.
I am still unsure if i must disable Security-essentials-protection for this.
Will leave it on now.
btw: "disable rollback" is not present

updating in two steps:
a) kb982670 will be displayed first.
netframework 4 client profile

b) pack of 5 update-packs
all are netframework 4

On second drive where i didnt touch older netframework-versions i could install canon-camera-software(camerawindow-zoombrowser-imagebrowser) but not on this drive where i falsly deleted them manually instead of using the mentioned tools and doing the right steps.
Software cannot install older versions anymore.
