Don't recognize this DVI Video Port?!

Tried plugging in my DVI video cable from my monitor to the back of a computer with a add-on video card in it ... the port was "white" so I just grabbed the DVI and made the attempt. Didn't work. Then, I noticed the pins ... not sure I've ever seen this setup before. I tried googling the specific Dell ATI video card (Radeon 3470) and the ONLY place I see this DVI setup is on a photo on Dell's website. I did a Google Image search for DVI cables and couldn't find it. Dell's site simply states "Interface: DVI-I" But, this is not a typical DVI-I.

What am i missing? Is this a special output just for Dell/ATI ... possibly for a special splitter cable for dual-monitor setup or something?? Very strange.

Here is a LINK to the actual Dell Video card (obtained from the Dell website:
    256 MB RADEON® HD 3470 Graphics Card from Dell™

    Thanks for any help.

That's a DMS-59 port. You need an adapter that will have 2 DVI connectors like this: http://www.amazon.com/Genuine-DMS-59...7993362&sr=8-1
